Monday Modivation
…France declared itself the favorite (in the 100 meter relay) prior to the Olympics. The Frenchmen weren’t shy about repeating it either. In a news conference prior to the start of the Games, Bernard, who boasts a tattoo of a shark on his abdomen, was asked what he thought about his country’s chances against the United States.“The Americans?” Bernard said. “We will smash them.”
Several of Bernard’s teammates followed his lead, even going to far as to suggest that the Americans were scared of the French.
“This morning, Bob (Bowman) had said the French was saying some stuff, talking a little bit of trash,” Phelps said. “It fired me up more than anything else. I told Garret, and he said ‘You know what?’ We’re going to let our swimming do the talking.”

Olympics time baby

Events I’m most looking forward to:

Judo
Taekwondo
Swimming
Beach Vollyball
Gymnastics
Weightlifting

And of course, our new Dream Team. I tend to not be too picky though and I’ll generally watch whatever event is on. In the words of Kevin Pereira:

“USA! USA! USA! I WANNA SET A BALD EAGLE ON FIRE AND EAT A FLAG!”

As part of my bulking diet I get to eat one of these bad boys everyday for breakfast.Needless to say, this thing is gigantic.
Ingredients
6 egg whites (1 cup), plus 3 whole omega-3 eggs, beaten
6 oz lean turkey sausage
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
2 teaspoon butter, coconut oil, or Smart Balance spread
Instructions
In a large skillet, sauté turkey sausage and onions in 1 teaspoon butter/spread for about 5 minutes, until brown. Add tomato and coriander, and stir for about 3 minutes, until tomatoes become soft but not entirely dissolved. Remove mixture from skillet, add the remaining butter/spread, and pour in the egg mixture. Flip the omelet, add the sautéed mixture and shredded cheese, fold the omelet and serve.
