I'm toast
Today was my last workout in a gym for 3 weeks so I decided to have one of those workouts where you feel like puking afterwards. Mission accomplished. Here is the circuit I ran:
A1. Squat 12 reps @ 135 (3 sets)
A2. Deadlift 5 reps @ 225 (5 sets)
B1. Kneeling cable crunch 16 reps @ 30, 40, 50
B2. Seated crunch machine 8 reps @ 170, 180, 190
B3. Ball crunches 30 reps
These were all for 3 sets.
And some kettlebell work to finish the day
C1. Kettlebell swings 20 reps @ 30
C2. Kettlebell turkish getups 3 reps each side @ 20
for 2 sets.
